Beto Cuevas arrived at El Deforma studios, and now we know why he's "the father of Emos."

Santiago, Mexico.- Beto Cuevas, also known as “El de La Ley,” stopped by the El Deforma offices for the “Cretino” section, and he shared all his secrets with us.
Luis Alberto Cuevas Olmedo, the full name of the former member of La Ley , has managed to stay relevant and display insatiable creativity. Taking advantage of his visit to the studio, he told us that he will be returning to the stage to pay tribute to La Ley 's legendary Unplugged session and, in the process, pave the way for his next musical adventures.
During his chat with fellow Roberto Martínez Moreno, Beto told us about his most iconic looks, including the one he wore in his early musical days, which earned him the nickname "the first emo" or "Pokémon," as they call them in Chile , a movement that reached its peak at the beginning of the century.
Beto Cuevas was at El Deforma and spoke to us about his entire musical career.In addition to sharing some of his life, youth, and musical inspirations, he also shared some of his life philosophies, his theater appearances, and his upcoming musical projects.
After a review of what was the best era of La Ley , Cuevas confessed that he collects all the Dr. Simi stuffed animals that have been thrown at him on stage, confirming that he is now half Mexican (at least).
Beto Cuevas will perform his Acústico album on September 2 in Mérida, September 3 in Mexico City, and September 6 in Monterrey. These dates will be unmissable for all emos, ex-emos, and those who were just into ballads.
